If you are doing this alone

Nobody hands you “the rules”
on the way in

You are expected to know what a financial statement is, what a judge is actually listening for, and what happens when you spend your time in front of the judge describing what your spouse is like instead of what the record shows. Nobody tells you. Most people find out by getting it wrong once.

The record gets built early

What you file in the first weeks follows you through the whole case. It is far harder to correct a bad financial statement than to file a good one.

Credibility is no easy feat

Judges decide quickly whether you are organized and honest. Once that impression is set, everything you say afterwards is weighed against it.

The cost of getting it wrong

You risk your outcome if you do not get this right.

Preparation is power

A three-night crash course in credibility

What the court process is actually about, and the financial and emotional groundwork it runs on. Built for the person who is going to stand up and speak for themselves.

Night one

What the process really is

How a divorce actually moves through a family court, what the judge is listening for, and the costly assumptions most self-represented people walk in holding.

Night two

The financial record

The financial statement, the documents behind it, and why the record you build before the first hearing decides more than anything you say at it.

Night three

How you will be heard

Staying credible under pressure, keeping the emotional and the legal separate, and leaving with a roadmap rather than a feeling.

Filing outside Massachusetts?

The courthouse is local. The preparation is not.

People join from all over the country, and the reason it works is that the part most self-represented people get wrong is the same everywhere.

The same in every state

Full financial disclosure. Documentation that holds up. Being the organized, credible person in the room. A judge deciding custody on the child's best interests, not on who sounded more wronged.

What changes at the county line

Form names, filing fees, waiting periods, service rules, local terminology. Real differences — and all of them findable in an afternoon once you know they are the questions to ask.

What you leave with

A roadmap you can run in your own court, worksheets that are not state-specific, and a short list of exactly what to verify with your clerk's office before you file anything.

The Bootcamp is education, not legal advice, and it does not create an attorney–client relationship. Tracy represents clients in Massachusetts only.

How it goes

Three steps, and the first one costs nothing

1

Start with what is free

The Six Critical Steps masterclass and The Financial Disclosure Trap cost nothing and will change what you do next week. Download them, then save your seat.

2

Come to the three live nights

On Zoom, with live Q&A in each one. You leave every session with tools, clarity and a roadmap.

3

Then decide what you need

Some people go on to hire a lawyer and are better clients for it. Some book coaching. Some do it themselves with a plan instead of a panic. All three work.

The record

Numbers you can go and check

From the people who took it live in November 2025

“Before The Divorce Bootcamp, I felt very scattered about this. It is better to have the information, and it helped solidify a direction. Knowledge is power, clarity provides strength.”

“The Divorce Bootcamp was truly eye-opening. Without it, I wouldn’t have realized how important it is to understand my own finances. Looking into something as simple as the phone bill led me to uncover other bills and money matters I should’ve known. I’m grateful for the clarity and confidence this course gave me.”
CB
C.B.LIVE Bootcamp · November 2025
“I wanted something different than just consulting with a divorce attorney—I wanted to learn things on my own and make sure my best interests were at the center of the process. Divorce Bootcamp helped me do exactly that. It showed me what information I could gather on my own and what forms I could prepare ahead of time, so when I’m ready to take the leap, I won’t be starting from zero. It gave me clarity, confidence, and a real sense of control.”

From a fellow divorce coach who calls her

“I called Tracy with some tough coercive control questions a client was facing. She got the dynamics instantly, walked me through the legal side with real depth, and made me laugh along the way. That combination — sharp knowledge and genuine warmth — is rare.”

From her law clients

“If you don't hire Tracy, you better hope your ex doesn't hire her. My ex is intelligent and driven, so I knew whoever I hired better be at least as intelligent and confident. Tracy was the perfect lawyer in both situations. She displays confidence, compassion, and fairness.”

AlecAvvo · 5 stars · December 2024 · hired attorney

“It is not often that you think of yourself as ‘lucky’ while going through a divorce, but having Tracy as my lawyer was one of those times. She was calming and compassionate towards me when I needed it, yet was fierce in court when it was called for. She is extremely organized and detail oriented, always one step ahead of where we were going.”

The two Avvo reviews are for legal representation in Massachusetts, and both say the same thing about how she works: organized, a step ahead, and calm about it. That is what the three sessions are trying to hand to you.

Who is teaching this

A trial lawyer who went and studied the dynamics of why people behave the way they do in divorce litigation

“After decades helping families through the legal system, I realized what most people need first isn't a lawyer — it's straightforward information about what judges need, and what they don't.”

Massachusetts bar, 1992. Thirty-four years of child welfare litigation alongside a private family practice — paternity, custody and guardianship — including ten years as a partner at Nasios & Galloway, LLP. In 2017 she finished a Master of Arts in Psychoanalysis at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. She is a daughter of divorce herself, and a divorced mother of two adult sons, which is its own qualification.

Before you save your seat

Questions people ask first

I don't live in Massachusetts. Is this still for me?

Yes. The Bootcamp is open in all fifty states and it is built that way on purpose. Tracy's courtroom is in Massachusetts, and that is where her examples come from — but the three nights are about preparation, not local procedure. The financial disclosure, the documentation habit, the way credibility is built or lost in front of a judge: those are the same in every county in the country. What differs are the forms, the filing fees and the local rules, and you will leave knowing exactly which of those to go and check for your own court.

I'm representing myself. Where do I start?

Here. The Bootcamp is a three-session crash course in credibility — what the court process is really about, and the practical financial and emotional strategies that should be the foundation of your approach. It is built for people who cannot afford an attorney, do not want one, or simply want to walk in prepared.

What do I actually get?

Three full sessions with Tracy and every worksheet that goes with them. On the recording you get all of it immediately and keep it. Live, you also get the Q&A on the night and the other people in the room.

What is the difference between the recording and the LIVE one?

The material is the same. The recording is available the moment you buy it and you watch it whenever suits you. The LIVE version is Tracy in the room with you, taking questions on the night. If you want the answers now, take the recording. If you would rather ask her yourself, the LIVE Bootcamp runs October 5, 6 and 7, 2026.

When is the next LIVE Bootcamp?

October 5, 6 and 7, 2026, at 8:00pm Eastern each night, on Zoom. Enrollment is open now, and you can take your seat here. If those nights do not work, the waitlist hears the following dates before anyone else.

Is this legal advice?

No. The Bootcamp is education. It does not create an attorney–client relationship and it does not replace advice on your own facts. What it does is make you a far better advocate for yourself — or a far better client, if you go on to hire someone.

What if I can't make one of the nights?

Come to the ones you can. Every session is recorded and the replay is yours for a full year, along with the transcripts and worksheets.

Would you rather talk to Tracy directly?

Tracy takes a small number of private consultations each month and represents clients in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. Use the button, and she will come back to you.

So here is the decision

You are going through this either way

The divorce happens whether or not you understand it. The only thing you are deciding today is whether you walk in knowing what the process wants from you, or find out as you go.

Work it out as you go

Piece it together from search results and whatever a friend remembers about their own divorce. Learn the financial statement by getting it wrong the first time. Spend your hearing telling the judge what your spouse is like, while she waits for a number.

Spend one evening getting ready

Three sessions with someone who has spent thirty-four years watching this happen from the front of the room. You still do the hard part yourself — you just stop guessing at what it is.

Start tonight · $497

Ready when you are

Three sessions will tell you more than three weeks of searching

The recording is ready now, and the free masterclass is yours either way. If you would rather have Tracy in the room, the LIVE Bootcamp runs October 5, 6 and 7, 2026.

This is education about the court process, not legal advice. The Divorce Bootcamp is an educational program about a process. Nothing in it, on this page, in The Divorce Bootcamp, or in any email that follows creates an attorney–client relationship, and none of it is legal advice, based on your own facts and circumstances. Laws, procedure, forms and filing rules differ by state and by county, and you are responsible for confirming what applies to you individually and within your jurisdiction and your own court. You are advised at all times to consult with any attorney(s) of your own choosing with regard to your own individual case.

Tracy D. Galloway is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts only. Legal representation is available to Massachusetts residents through Galloway Law & Consulting and is separate from this program.
